Located on Lake Tawakoni in Lone Oak, TX (one hour east of Dallas), Wind Point has a variety of camping options including short and long term RV sites, air-conditioned cabins, enclosed shelters and tent camping (primitive and tent-with electric).

"Really nice relaxing place after it was fixed up. Cabins are amazing and relaxing! Fishing is great and they now have golf carts to rent which is a must have! So many deer. Office people are super nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns."
“The shelters are near the beach for swimming and the playground. The shelter has electricity, AC, a picnic table, BBQ pit, and fire ring, with four chairs. The cabins are spaced far enough apart to provide a little privacy for your group!! The restrooms are clean, and well maintained, as well as the rest of the campground. We are definitely planning on a coming back!!"
